Chocolate Collagen Energy Bites

 These no-bake bites are perfect for a quick snack with a protein and collagen boost.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup Beauty Fuel collagen powder
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup almond butter (or peanut butter)
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients until well combined.
  2. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls.
  3. Place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  4. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
