Refund policy

Beauty and Cutie will provide refunds ONLY on unopened products (as inspected and determined by Beauty & Cutie) within 30 days from the delivery date and in situations deemed appropriate by Beauty & Cutie.

Orders cannot be canceled once the order is placed, shipped, or while in transit to the customer. 

Shipping expenses will not be refunded in any case.

Refunds are not accepted for a perceived 'lack of results'.
