So I started getting these for my wife about 6 months ago. Unfortunately she hates having her picture taken so you will just have to take my word for it, but I've never seen her hair grow so quickly and full, and the roots on top of her head have definitely begun to fill in. But even more impressive is her skin, which looks radiant and youthful - if I did sneak a picture of her here, you would never guess she is 63. But she'd kill me if I did, so please trust me. Now, we do abide by a lot of things that Anna talks about on her site - we hardly ever get fast food, but cook from scratch from a weekly farm share we receive, neither of us smoke and we do try and get regular exercise but we are hardly perfect in that regard.
